Terms
Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you can get a refund, how refunds are paid, and how to cancel a Windows RDP or Linux VPS service.
This page sets out EveVps’s refund and cancellation rules in one place. It works alongside our Terms of Service. If the two ever conflict, the Terms of Service take priority.
When you can get a refund
EveVps servers are set up automatically, usually within 1 minute of payment confirming. You can get a refund in these cases:
- Server not delivered. If your server hasn’t been set up within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, you’re entitled to a full refund. Open a support ticket and we’ll process it.
- A payment you didn’t make. If someone paid from your account without your permission, contact us right away through a support ticket or at support@evevps.com. We’ll investigate and secure your account, and refund the payment if we confirm you didn’t authorize it.
- A major change to our terms. If we make a significant change to our Terms of Service and you don’t accept it, you can end your services and ask for a prorated refund of your unused prepaid time.
When a refund isn’t available
- Delivered servers. Outside the cases above, a server that has been delivered isn’t refundable.
- Change of mind. Not liking the operating system, the performance, or how your workload fits the server doesn’t count as a delivery failure.
- Cancelling yourself. Cancelling a service from the client area doesn’t refund anything already paid. Choose End of billing period to keep your server until the paid term ends, or Immediate to give up the rest of the term.
- Terms violations. Services ended for breaking our Terms of Service or acceptable use rules aren’t refunded.
- Downgrades. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect from the next billing cycle and doesn’t refund part of the current one.
How refunds are paid
- Eligible refunds (a server not delivered within 24 hours, an unauthorized payment, or a prorated refund after a major terms change) are paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you give us, since all EveVps payments are made in crypto.
- Goodwill credit, such as compensation for downtime, is added to your account credit instead of being paid out. Account credit can be used for future EveVps services but can’t be withdrawn or transferred.
- Crypto overpayments are added to your account credit.
How to cancel a service
- Log in to the client area.
- Open the service. Go to Services → My Services and select the server.
- Request cancellation. Click Request Cancellation, choose End of billing period or Immediate, and submit.
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket with your invoice number, the reason for your request and the wallet address for the refund. We usually review refund requests within 24–48 hours.
Questions about a payment? Email support@evevps.com or open a ticket. We reply within 30 minutes.
